Dinkel’s Bakery provides reports internally for sales and marketing purposes. These reports include aggregate information about our users. The information in these reports is strictly used internally and no information contained in the reports is shared with outside companies to contact members directly. Any and all communication is made directly from Dinkel’s Bakery, Inc.
No information collected is shared with third parties, unless needed to directly facilitate the customers purchase/transaction. And in alignment with PCI compliance, no credit card numbers are stored at any time on any of our devices.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products you may request either a product replacement or refund for the price of the product. We currently use UPS and the United States Postal Service for shipment of our products. Expedited service by UPS, for next day and 2nd day shipments is also available. Please see our Mail Order Website for shipping charges. Shipping times are based on holiday times and dates, customer holiday order date request and when your order was received as well as product availability. We do reserve a right of product substitution, delay in shipping based on baking the products, as well as seasonal delivery issues based on weather.
Please note, unless credit card authorization and verification has been approved we will not be shipping your order(s).
